1. Pick Up and Drop Off Points
For passengers arriving at T4 on Tiger Airlines flights, there is no coach parking at the terminal so please make your way (100 metres) to T3 (Virgin Blue) and meet your Sunbus driver as indicated above.

For passengers departing on Tiger Airlines flights, as there are no facilities for us to drop you directly at T4, we will drop you at T3 (Virgin Blue) and you will need to make your own way (100 metres) to the Tiger Airlines terminal T4.

2. Times & Schedules
Sunbus meets and services the majority of incoming and outgoing flights.
3. Child Policy
Child rates will apply to children aged 4 to 14 years of age inclusive. Children 3 years of age and under travel free of charge.
4. Journey Times
Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne is approximately 18 – 20 kilometres to the CBD and the journey takes approximately 25- 30 minutes (more if the traffic is heavy). An additional 15 minutes should be allowed if passengers are travelling to Carlton or St. Kilda.
5(a). Booking Policy
This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. You can confirm instantly to your client but you need to email or fax the booking to Sunbus Melbourne. Pre-payment by Visa or Mastercard is required.

5(b). Cancellation Policy
| Refunds of ticketed bookings will be subject to the following fees:- |
| Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice prior to departure | Full refund |
| Cancellation with between 12 - 24 hours notice prior to departure | 50% of fare value |
| Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice prior to departure | Nil Refund |
| Failure to Load (FTL) | Nil Refund |
6. Group Booking Policy
There are no special discounts for group bookings. Sunbus Melbourne will pay commission per passenger booked. For group bookings, we recommend you book your charter service, for which we offer, very attractive nett rates.
7. Delayed Flights
Whilst every effort will be made to connect with passengers travelling on delayed flights, it is recommended that passengers contact our office upon arrival if they fail to locate their driver so we can endeavour to accommodate them on the next available service (please note that wait times will vary).

Please note: In the event that a passenger cannot be located (whatever the reason), all close by areas are checked and every effort is made to locate the passengers and avoid subsequent complaints. In such instances, it is not uncommon for the coach to be held up for 10 to 15 minutes whilst a search is made. However, if a 'fail to Load” occurs, permission is always s sought by the Coach Driver before the Coach departs. If the passengers in questions later return to the Travellers’ Information Desk (Melbourne Airport), the passenger will be accommodated on the next available service. The wait time may be up to one hour.
Important: SUNBUS AUSTRALIA does not reimburse any taxi fares incurred as a result of passengers’ Failure to Load on the service booked. However, in the event that the Failure to Load was a direct result of a SUNBUS error, SUNBUS will reimburse the applicable SUNBUS fare to the booking agent.
